About the Role

The General Manager (GM) of corporate Finance & Investor Relations plays a pivotal role leading strategic financial initiatives and fostering strong relationships with investors.

The GM Corporate Finance & Investor Relations is instrumental in managing financial relationships, conducting insightful financial analysis, and supporting decision-making processes.

Additionally, the role oversees investor communication, ensuring transparency aligned with corporate goals.

This dynamic opportunity allows you to lead in a critical area, making a substantial impact on the organization's financial success and growth.


Develop and execute the company's corporate finance strategy, including financial planning, capital allocation, and performance mon ng to support the company's growth objectives,

Design and formulate sustainable corporate finance strategies that ensure capital availability and maximization for prosecuting short, medium, and long-term plans, projects and growth objectives.

Manage the Company'streasuryfunction. which particularly involves a strong interface with e entities that provide capital, initiate, and drive end-to-end the negotiation process with commercial banks and/or such other entities which fulfil the role in the money or capital market space.

Develop, propose, and implement a mix Of Viable funding strategies across financing platforms that attain maximum benefit to the company.

Oversee the investor relations function, ensuring effective communication and engagement With Investors, analysts. and financial institutions.

Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports, including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.

Menage relationships With institutional investors, analysts, and rating agencies, serving as the main point of contact for financial inquiries and building a strong i restore base,

Monitor financial markets, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to executive management

Collaborate with the finance team to analyse financial performance, assess risk exposures, and develop strategies for optimising financial outcomes

Ensure compliance With regulatory requirements a nd financial reporting standards.

Coordinate investor events, including investor conferences. roadshows, and annual general meetings, to effectively communicate the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, communications, and marketing, to align messaging and maintain consistency across external communications.

Build and lead a high-performing corporate finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g CFA) preferred.

10 (ten) years of proven experience in a senior finance leadership role in corporate finance,

demonstrating progressive leadership and strategic financial management

Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills.

Strong knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory frameworks.

Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.

Proficiency in financial is software and MS Office Suite.

Ability to think strategically make informed decisions, and manage competing priorities.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
