Job Purpose

The Front Office Manager shall be responsible for the overall management and coordination of all front office operations, activities, and employees.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the front office team and ensure all administrative responsibilities are undertaken fully and effectively.

Lead the front office team to achieve the financial objectives of the hotel.

To optimize the utilization of the Property Management System of the hotel (IDS Next, Vision) and to provide training to all Front Office employees.

Implement the Front Office Operations Manual

Implement the Bolton White Group loyalty program policy through Rate Tiger.

Implement and ensure compliance with the established reservations guidelines.

Ensure implementation of the revenue management policies and procedures

Implement hotel brand Standard requirements pertaining to the front office operations.

Ensure superior guest satisfaction by encouraging guests to review the hotel on Trip Advisor and Guest RevU / Kepsla.

To ensure that KPIs are met completely and on time.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and legislative requirements (HSE).

Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

Education:

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree.

Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.

Experience:

Minimum of FIVE years of experience in a 5-star hotel in a similar role

Proficiency in OPERA PMS, IDS.
