Responsibilities


Teach and explain to the student the French language.
Preparing lesson plans and sessions as per the grade levels.
Motivating students to learn the French language.
Organize french programmes in the school
Create an aesthetically supportive learning environment which fosters inquiry,
Creativity, thinking and independence that ensures your learners meet their learning goals.
Establish and communicate clear objectives for lessons, units and projects..
Identify learners with special requirements, and create individualized plans
dapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of learners.
Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to promote the learning and implementation of best practices..
Monitor and set targets for the social and academic progress of learners.
Build trusting relationships with learners, parents, and other staff
Oversee the learners’ progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades, in order to provide useful feedback.


Requirements


B.Ed in relevant discipline, MSc is a plus
Previous experience as a French teacher in an International school.
Knowledge of various teaching methods.
Deep understanding of the National English/British curriculum.
Possess a patient and resilient personality.
Strong dedication to students and have a passion for education.
A high degree of competency in ICT
Excellent written, oral communication and exceptional organizational skill.
Strong commitment for professional development.
