Finance Manager HND / BA / BSc Job

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. ACCA, ACA or CFA certification is highly desirable.
5 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team development and mentorship.
Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting software.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
