Job Description

Truck Provisions: Providing trucks to fulfil our shipper’s orders as directed and in line with the organization’s policies.

Transporter, Truck and Driver Signups: First point of contact for transporter and truck signups and ensuring their conversion and retention activities are in line with the organization’s policies.

Technical duties: Quality assurance tasks, identifying visible issues with trucks and confirming fitness for work, installing tracking devices and ensuring that they work optimally. Ownership & maintenance of assigned devices.

Coordinating loading operations: Work with shipper employees on site, drivers, motor boys, and so on to ensure efficient and smooth loading operations.

Journey management: Always interfacing with drivers while on trip, when there are delays, or other issues, relaying info to supervisors, who in turn forward to customer excellence officers when due.

Collection and submission of waybills.

Responsible for training and supervising new field operatives.

Sending reports on daily orders to the Admin for documentation.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an HND, OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 10 years work experience.

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
