Duties / Responsibilities

Respond to Messages immediately on our platforms at all times

Market the company’s products in a professional and convincing way when communicating with customers

Entertain enquiries and complaints from customers

Regularly address customers’ complaints to the appropriate quarters and ensure timely solutions are generated

Provide daily reports to the appropriate quarters

Skills / Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields

1-2 years of proven experience as a social media correspondent

Adequate understanding of all our products and services (Check them on our site: mapiatea.com)

Customer Relationship & Management

Proficiency on the features of popular social media handles. (Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn)

Top Notch Persuasive Marketing skills

Willingness and readiness to swiftly respond to messages 24/7

Conflict Resolution Skills

Ability to multi-task effectively

Pro-activeness and Ability to take the initiative

Ability to work under minimal or no supervision.

Salary

N80,000 - N150,000 monthly.
