Female Account Officer OND / NCE Job

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Creating and processing invoices

Detailed inventory reconciliation

Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy

Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable

Sending bills and invoices to clients

Monthly account reconciliation and stock-taking

Tracking organization expenses

Processing refunds

Working with collection agencies on overdue payments

Communicating with clients regarding billing and payment

Requirements

Candidates should possess OND / NCE qualification in Accounting with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.

Must have experience in Inventory Reconciliation.

Monthly Stocktaking exercise.

Monthly Stock Counting / Reconciliation exercise.

Preferably a Female candidate, from any of the Igbo-speaking States, for Gender, Cultural & Tribal balance.
