Key Responsibilities:


Supervise daily farm activities, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance.

Maintain farm equipment, tools, and facilities.
Assist in record-keeping, inventory management, and farm reports.

Requirements:


Degree or relevant certification in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in farm supervision or similar roles.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of farm equipment, best agricultural practices, and safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently in a rotation-based schedule.
