Factory Coordinator - Choice Talents NG HND / BA / BSc Job

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Handle stud/track production, furring channel production, wall angle production.

Enforce safety norms and regulations in the factory

Keeping records of all service maintenance and refurbishing works carried out on the machinery

Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards.

Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.

Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

Manage production materials in a cost-effective way, and ensure minimal wastage is recorded.

Ensure occupational health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.

Responsible for keeping the production output optimized and maintaining seamless functioning of all equipments and machinery in the unit.

Competency & Technical Skill Requirements

HND / B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar field

5 - 8 years working experience as an Engineer.

OSHA or other HSSE Certification is a major advantage

Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong management and leadership skills.

Proven experience in a managerial role.
