Facility Manager HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Description:

We are looking for a competent Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our restaurant.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facility management, ensuring our premises are safe, well-maintained, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the maintenance of the restaurant facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
Ensure the restaurant is compliant with health and safety regulations
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Coordinate and supervise cleaning and security staff
Handle facility-related emergencies and repairs in a timely manner
Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenses

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in facility management
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance and safety standards
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
