Job Summary

We are seeking an Executive Driver is a professional responsible for safely and efficiently transporting high-level executives, senior management, or prominent individuals to their destinations.

The role demands exceptional driving skills, a high level of discretion, and excellent customer service to cater to the needs and preferences of the passengers

Responsibilities

Safely drive the executive to and from various destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain a strong focus on safety and ensure the passengers' security throughout the journey.

Plan and research the best routes to reach destinations promptly, considering factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and alternate routes to avoid delays.

Regularly inspect the vehicle to ensure it is in excellent condition, report any issues or maintenance needs promptly, and keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times.

Always be punctual and ready to pick up the executive at scheduled times

Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude towards the executive and other passengers

Be prepared to handle emergency situations calmly and responsibly, ensuring the safety of the executive and others in the vicinity

Requirements and Qualifications

Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.

Proven experience as an executive or personal driver, preferably for high-level executives or prominent individuals.

Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.

Exceptional driving skills, with the ability to handle various road and weather conditions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, displaying a professional and respectful demeanor.

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and travel plans.

Physical fitness and ability to assist with luggage or other tasks as required.

Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is a plus.
