Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Partners for Development seeks a collaborative, committed, and energetic employee to step into an Executive Assistant position. As the Executive Assistant, you will be integral in advancing Global Partners’ fundraising, management, and marketing strategies and ensuring the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization.

Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Communicate with stakeholders, coordinate logistics, and develop and manage promotional strategies for fundraising campaigns and events

- Research and negotiate with vendors and recruit and manage volunteers for events

- Support with cultivation of relationships for foundation partners, donors, and donor prospects

- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Quickbooks, including preparing weekly deposits and entering and reconciling monthly bank and credit card statements (we are willing to train the right candidate)

- Prepare and send weekly donor acknowledgement emails and letters

- Assist with the development of the organization’s social media calendar and postings; track, analyze, and report on social media analytics

- Support Global Partners’ Educational Travel Program

- Miscellaneous duties as assigned


- Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Must be an excellent team player and problem-solver who can balance multiple tasks and responsibilities

- Event management, marketing, or communications experience strongly preferred
