Don’t miss this amazing opportunity, as JobMerge have an immediate opening for highly motivated, ambitious and entrepreneurial Estate Agents to partner with one of our client in the premium housing market in Lekki, Lagos and the surrounding area.

Job Duties

Utilize marketing expertise for prospecting, listing properties, selling properties and negotiating offers

Partner with back office pre and post sales team on ensuring deals are successfully closed

Play a crucial role in administration, dealing with calls, booking appointments, marketing, sales progression, marketing exposure, and lead generation

Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify target demographics and optimize marketing efforts

Promote the brand including offering world class service, with exceptional marketing to clients

Drive awareness and contributing to marketing and advertising plans to expand brand presence

Execute the real estate and property business strategies to achieve sales revenue and business growth

Make decisions based on established policies and procedures whilst achieving marketing and sales target and maintaining excellent customer relationships

The Person

Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing or related field

1+ year proven experience working with real estate and property company

Strong real estate marketing, and sales background

Excellent property marketing experience with understanding of Lekki, Lagos property market

Job Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills

Strong client relationships with exceptional customer service skills

Ability to build rapport over the phone and in-person

Willing to work independently as well as in a team, taking initiative to ensure tasks are managed effectively and efficiently.

What's on Offer

Salary Range –N100,000 – N500,000per month

Additional commission payment (uncapped) i.e., high uncapped earnings with the opportunity to earn over N500,000 per month

There is an average commission fee for marketing homes around, and when sales target is exceeded, you will receive between 5% and 10% of all your exchange fees.
