Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and motivated individual to fill the role of Elevator Marketer & Technician.

This unique position requires not only marketing expertise but also technical skills in elevator maintenance and repair.

The Elevator Marketer & Technician will be responsible for promoting our elevator products and services while also providing technical support and assistance to clients.

This role demands a combination of marketing acumen, mechanical aptitude, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote elevator products and services to potential clients.

Utilize technical knowledge of elevator systems to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and maintenance requirements to clients.

Conduct on-site visits to assess elevator installations, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support as needed.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling maintenance contracts, upgrades, or additional services.

Serve as a liaison between clients and the engineering or maintenance teams, facilitating communication and ensuring client satisfaction.

Create and deliver technical training sessions for clients, focusing on proper usage, maintenance, and safety protocols.

Assist in the development of marketing materials, including technical specifications, manuals, and instructional videos.

Stay informed about industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements in elevator systems.

Provide input and feedback to product development teams based on client feedback and market trends.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and technical support activities.

Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1 - 5 years relevant work experience.
