Responsibilities
Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
Advising management on continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom, and other electrical systems
Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment.
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification with 2 years of proven work experience as an electrician
Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter, soldering, fault-testing equipment. etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 net per month.
