Ecommerce Platform Manager First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) Job

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the operation of our e-commerce platform, ensuring it runs smoothly, performs well, and stays active.

Curate and manage the product inventory, including adding new products, updating existing ones, and removing discontinued items.

Regularly update the Excel sheets daily, weekly, and monthly with sales transactions.

Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify growth opportunities.

Oversee inventory levels, ensure product availability, and manage order processing, fulfillment, and shipping logistics.

Coordinate with the procurement department to make requisitions based on current sales trends.

Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in e-commerce, evaluating new tools and features to enhance platform functionality and performance.

Work closely with the in-store Q-commerce manager to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align e-commerce activities with broader marketing strategies, including promotions, and advertising eorts.
