Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Early Years Teacher at Brighthouse Academy in Ayetoro Gbede.
The role involves day-to-day tasks such as lesson planning, education, communication, teaching, and training.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a curriculum that caters to the needs of early years students, providing a positive learning environment, and facilitating their overall development.

Qualifications

Experience in lesson planning, teaching, and education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively train and engage students
Knowledge of early years educational techniques and methodologies
Patience and compassion in working with young children
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education OR; Degree in other fields with a PGD
NCE is accepted with 2 years experience
TRCN certification will be an added advantage
