Job Summary

Control and manage the company's documentation.
Manage communication with clients and stakeholders.
Maintain a document register and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Develop and improve document control procedures to ensure compliance.
Ensure all documentation meets formal requirements and standards.
Conduct regular reviews and document audits for compliance.
Communicate and collaborate with regulatory agencies and clients.
Utilize an acceptable enterprise solution to organize and distribute documents with version and access control.
Share documents with clients and regulatory agencies promptly.
Education and Work Experience:
A minimum of OND in any discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organization.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and industry professionals.
Proficient in the use of enterprise solutions for document management.
