Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced dispatch rider for immediate employment. The successful candidate must reside in or around the Lekki axis and possess a valid rider card/license.

Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver items to specified locations within the Lagos Island axis.

Ensure prompt and safe delivery of packages to the assigned destinations.

Navigate the fastest and most efficient routes to maximize delivery time.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of pick-up and delivery, recipient name, and any other relevant information.

Ensure the assigned motorcycle is always working well by conducting routine checks and reporting any maintenance issues.

Adhere strictly to traffic rules and regulations to ensure personal safety, the safety of others, and the company's reputation.

Maintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with clients and customers.

Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management as necessary.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.

Must have a valid rider card/license.

Must reside in or around the Lekki axis.

Proven experience as a dispatch rider or in a similar role is preferred.

Excellent knowledge of the Lekki and surrounding areas' routes, traffic patterns, and transportation systems.

Possess good communication and customer service skills.

Physically fit and able to withstand long hours of riding and perform manual tasks, as needed.

Reliable, responsible, and punctual with good time management skills.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimum supervision.

Possess a high level of honesty and integrity.

Willing and able to adhere to the company's safety regulations and policies.
