Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for digital outreach.

Content Creation:

Create engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.

Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.

Social Media Management:

Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the digital strategy.

SEO and SEM:

Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.

Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions.

Analytics and Reporting:

Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze digital marketing performance.

Prepare regular reports showcasing key metrics and insights to inform future strategies.

Email Marketing:

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.

Segment email lists for targeted communication and analyze campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, Operations, strategy and IT, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Collaborate with external agencies when necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience 2-3 years in digital marketing roles.

Familiarity with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.

Graphics production.
