Digital Marketer - Goonite Hygiene HND / BA / BSc Job

Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Assistant at Goonite Hygiene, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support both online and field marketing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads/sales.
Supporting the management and optimization of online advertising campaigns (PPC, display ads, social media ads) to ensure maximum ROI.
Contributing to the creation of engaging content for social media and other digital channels to attract and retain customers.
Helping to implement effective email marketing strategies to complement social media campaigns.
Assisting in analyzing data and performance metrics to track campaign success and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Providing support in creating and executing ideas for video content to enhance brand communication.
Assisting in shooting videos, creating content, marketing ideas, graphics, and strategies that are relevant to the brand.
Demonstrating a sense for sales conversion and possessing good marketing skills in both online and field environments.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven interest in digital marketing or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, social media management tools, website).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good eye for aesthetics and design.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
