Job Description
Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings (presentation and working) both by hand and by using specialist computer – aided design (CAD) application
Executing 3D visualizations by carrying out realistic renderings (exterior and interior)
Creating 3D animation videos for presentation purposes.
Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologist
Writing and presenting reports and proposals.
Visiting sites periodically for inspection.
Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
Playing a part in project and team management
Requirements
Minimum of a BSc / HND in Architecture.
Expert in either AutoDesk Revit, Archicad or similar
Expert in Autocad, Lumion and 3D Max or similar
Excellent 3D visualization skills
Excellent 3D animation skills
