Data Analyst HND / BA / BSc Job

Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and experience in the real estate industry. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to help guide our business decisions and improve our operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
Develop and maintain data reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Design and implement data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Conduct statistical analysis to support business decision-making.
Monitor and evaluate data quality and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with database management and data cleaning techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
