Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Analyst.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of QuickBooks.

This role requires someone with a background in accounting or a similar field, as they will be responsible for analyzing and organizing data to support various business functions.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

Demonstrate advanced skills in Excel to manipulate, analyze, and visualize data effectively.

Possess a solid understanding of QuickBooks to manage financial data and streamline accounting processes.

Utilize analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets and extract valuable insights for decision-making.

Develop and implement efficient data organization strategies, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including accounting and finance, to understand data requirements and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.

Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of financial and operational information.

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analysis tools and techniques; recommend and implement process improvements.

Requirements / Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
