Customer Service Representative OND / NCE Job

Job Description

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Communicating with customers through various channels.

Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

Processing orders, and requests.

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Forwarding accurate order to other branch to enable quick deliveries.

Confirming payment before forwarding orders for processing.

Mastering the menu and price list in other to provide quick response to customers questions and to avoid unnecessary errors while drafting bills for customers.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Go the extra mile to engage customers.

Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma, general education Degree, or equivalent with relevant work experience.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Familiar with customer relationship management systems and practices.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Comfortable using computers and other gadgets.

Experience working with customer support.
