About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies

Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience

Maintain customer records and update relevant information in our CRM system

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet

Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
