Essential Duties

Maintain and Increase sales database

Managing accounts of existing customers while sourcing for new clients

Answer phone calls from customers and deal with problems as they arise

Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a product

Confirm customers payment

Provide necessary data or reports to the sales team.

Acknowledge customers by responding to emails, text and phone calls.

Update information on client database

Process and deal with customer complaints and resolve issues.

Selling products and taking orders

Taking payment of walk-in customers either by cheque or transfers

Responsible for sales processing.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
