Job Summary


We are looking for a courteous, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Officer with a background in Health Information Management.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from registration to discharge while also maintaining accurate health records and supporting clinical documentation processes.


Key Responsibilities


Welcome patients and visitors warmly, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
Register patients accurately and manage patient records in line with medical and administrative protocols.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical departments as needed.
Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling patient information.
Monitor and ensure the accuracy of patients' demographic and medical data.
