Customer Service Officer - Fastest Cakes HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Summary

Taking orders on behalf of the company via phone calls and online chats

Creating invoices on our system

Following up with Logistics team to ensure cakes are delivered timely.

Following up with customers’ cake deliveries

Attending to customers' queries.

Requirements

Minimum of an HND qualification

At least 1 year of work experience.

Very fluent in English

Basic use of computers

Must be able to type fast via computer and mobile devices

Have basic knowledge of apps like Whatsapp and Instagram.
