Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused NYSC Intern to join our Customer Service Team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relations, problem-solving, and digital communication.


Key Responsibilities


Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Provide accurate information about company products and services.
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain and update customer records in the database.
Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.


Requirements


Currently serving in the NYSC program (preferably Lagos-based with proximity to Ikoyi Lagos).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of CRM tools (an added advantage).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
