Customer Service and Transaction Specialist - UREX HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Summary

As a Customer Transaction Relations and Transition Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of gift card verification, user balance reconciliation, and customer relations.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of user accounts, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer support. Your duties will involve:

Responsibilities

Verify the authenticity and validity of digital assets submitted by users.

Process digital assets transactions within defined time frames, prioritizing prompt

Accurately reconcile user balances after various transactions

Investigate, escalate, and resolve any discrepancies or errors in user balances.

Compile and report reconciliations

Manage the OTC desk and facilitate OTC transactions.

Receive and escalate user issues across all communication chanels to relevant units/teams for quick resolution.

Remuneration

N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
