JOB TITLE: Customer Engagement Agent

LOCATION: Abeokuta

PAY: 120,000

Overview:

This role involves addressing customer inquiries, promoting products or services, and fostering positive customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

Applicants should be able to speak in either Igbo or Hausa language

Requirements:

·Hnd/Bsc in any field

·Must reside within the stated location

·Not more than 26 years old as at time of application

·Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

·Proficiency in using customer service tools, Microsoft Office, and related software.
