Job Description:


Adron Real Estate Company is seeking Regional Content Creators to work closely with our construction teams to produce high-quality video content showcasing our estate activities and projects. As a Regional Content Creator, you'll be responsible for capturing the essence of our projects, creating engaging video updates, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness.


Responsibilities:


Collaborate with regional construction teams to plan and execute video content strategies
Produce high-quality video updates on estate activities, projects, and events
Conduct interviews with construction teams, clients, and other stakeholders
Capture project progress, milestones, and achievements through video content
Edit and finalize video content for marketing purposes
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging


Requirements:


Proven experience in video production, content creation, or a related field
Strong understanding of video production techniques, lighting, and sound
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
Knowledge of storytelling techniques and content creation best practices
Familiarity with real estate or construction industry
