Communication and Marketing Manager - Social Media and Product Manager (Real Estate focus) HND / BA / BSc Job

Job Summary

The selected individual for this role will be pivotal in enhancing Suacasa Nigeria's property marketing efforts and driving sales through strategic communication, social media management, and product promotion.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Suacasa Nigeria's properties effectively.
Manage all communication channels, including social media platforms, to engage potential buyers and investors.
Collaborate with the sales team to craft compelling property messaging and listings.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, videos, and online content.
Coordinate events and promotional campaigns to showcase properties to the target audience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Strong understanding of real estate marketing principles and trends.
Analytical mindset to evaluate marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Increase in online engagement with property listings by 25% within six months.
Generate leads resulting in a 20% growth in property sales.
Launch and successfully market at least three new properties annually.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably in real estate.
Proven track record in managing social media platforms and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of property management and real estate industry practices.
Previous experience in coordinating property showcases, open houses, or real estate events.
