The Role


This role will support clients with their insured benefits, particularly in healthcare, by leveraging your expertise in nursing and understanding of Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) operations.
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day service delivery, assisting clients with claims, and implementing technology tools to improve the client experience.
This role requires a blend of healthcare knowledge, client service skills, and operational support.
Act as the primary contact for clients, assisting them with a variety of insured benefits, including healthcare-related services, claims, and HMO-related queries.
Use your nursing background to provide guidance on medical benefits, treatment options, and healthcare services covered by clients’ insurance plans.
Manage and support the claims process, ensuring that clients' healthcare claims are processed promptly and accurately.
Implement and support the use of technology tools that improve client service and claims management.
Offer day-to-day support, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues related to their insurance coverage, claims, and benefits.
Collaborate with internal teams (including HMO representatives, claims, and technology teams) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, issues, and resolutions for compliance and reporting.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving processes and service delivery, based on client experiences and data analysis.
Keep clients informed of the status of their claims, benefits, and other healthcare-related services.


The Requirements


Experience with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) and an understanding of insurance claims and healthcare benefits.
2+ years of experience in healthcare services, client service, or insurance claims management.
Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, insured benefits, and claims procedures.
Experience in implementing or supporting technology tools to enhance service delivery is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems or client management platforms is an advantage.
