Duties / Responsibilities

Make outgoing calls to patients, referrals, and sales as neededCommunicate effectively and professionally with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals,etcConsistently meet and attain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Answer customer phone calls and provide them with the information that they requestResolve customer complaints in a fair mannerElevate customer concerns to managers and supervisors as neededBecome knowledgeable about our company’s servicesProvide exceptional customer support in every phone call

Excellent written and verbal communication skills1- 2 years of work experience in a similar roleAvailable to resume immediatelyCandidatemust reside on the island or its environsProficient with MS Office, MS Exceland the ability to navigate multiple platforms.Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns.Demonstrate soft skills to enhance the patient experienceRelevant work experience in the hospital will be an added advantageCertification in customer service profession is requiredPossess right work ethics of a client care personel.
