Job Title: Chef / Cook

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in a hotel setting, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
Take and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in service.
Maintain inventory and perform stock control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with colleagues and customers.
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
Qualifications
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Cook in a hotel or similar setting.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.
Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards.
