Chef Baker - The Label Store Secondary School (SSCE) Job

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities

Create and follow recipes to bake cakes, cupcakes, and other desserts

Decorate cakes according to customer specifications

Ensure that all baked goods are baked to the correct temperature and are of the highest quality

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Work well independently and as part of a team

Meet deadlines and be able to work under pressure.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND qualification with 2+ years relevant work experience as a cake baker

Strong understanding of baking principles and techniques

Excellent decorating skills

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Food safety and sanitation certification.
