Job Summary

We are seeking a talented chef with great cooking skills to make both local Nigerian dishes and international cuisines.

Job Description

Prepare and cook a diverse range of authentic dishes which will include a variety of intercontinental cuisines (especially indian and English).

Develop innovative and appealing menus

Ensure high-quality food preparation, presentation, and taste consistency.

Maintain kitchen hygiene standards and adhere to food safety regulations.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience

Proven experience as a Chef, capable of preparing both Nigerian local dishes and intercontinental cuisine.

Good knowledge of intercontinental culinary traditions and ingredients.

Proficiency in cooking and presenting international dishes with finesse.
