Job Description

Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers

Prepare receipts and collect payments, issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets

Prepare sales reports

Keep reports of all transactions and take inventory of all items supplied to the cafe bar

Ascertain reorder levels and take charge of reorders

Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information regarding payments and refunds

Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND, NCE, OND qualification with 2 - 8 years work experience.

Salary

N30,000 - N50,000 / month.
