Job Summary

We are looking for a Cashier to join and support our daily office procedures at Adia Hospital. We are seeking a reliable and friendly cashier to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently, while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they approach the cash register and process transactions promptly and accurately.

Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.

Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, and ensure that the register balances at the end of the shift.

Ensure that the checkout area is clean and well-stocked at all times.

Assist customers with questions or concerns, and escalate issues to management as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience as a cashier or in a related customer service field is preferred.

Ability to operate a cash register, perform basic math, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
