Job Responsibilities

Ensure that all company policy decisions are in line with legal guidelines, and in tandem to current corporate guidance and guidelines.

Carry out Bids and tenders packaging, submit through appropriate channels and ensure compliance.

Develop company method statement/procedures requested by clients relating to the unit/division activities for project execution.

Where applicable, ensure to obtain from clients, services entry sheet of project activities and submit same to them as at when due for payment as stipulated in the Contract document.

Develop business for the company by ensuring that tenders during bidding periods relating to its unit are properly addressed/ worked upon both technically and commercially, and submit same on or before the closing time and date of the tender

Establish and maintain highly effective relationships with, clients, partners and stakeholders for effective technical operation and business development-related issues.

Drive the company’s technical operation (Service Delivery) to conclusion within the company’s budget and financial targets with the uttermost desire to meet client’s requirements.

Gives the company technological direction with respect to the activities of the unit of supervision.

Participates in financial planning and allocations of resources (man and capital) of the company maximum performance.

Lead the entire activities involved in attracting new clients to drive revenue

Identify sales leads, canvas for new clients and maintain a good working relationship

Source and engage reliable and capable contractors, OEM’s and Vendors when the need arises

Prepares monthly Bids and Tender Reports.

Project Management/coordination, Facility/Office Maintenance and Logistics.

Managing relationships with prospective Local and International suppliers and partners.

Accountability:

Accountable for planning and overseeing business development process

Accountable for ensuring the company's compliance to ISO Standard guidelines while tendering

Accountable for handling technical issues within the company and on-site

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering field.

Certification or Membership in Engineering or any related professional organizations will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ working experience

Experienced in field works

Possess strong knowledge of the regulatory bodies operations especially NIPEX, NUPRC and NCDMB

Salary

N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
