Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, enhance and manage web solutions in windows and Linux environments

Work with Software Project Team for delivery of software solutions Ensure design and coding standards are maintained.

Responsible for software evaluation, implementation and testing. Ensure that all services are implemented and that they operate correctly and also ensure that all the relevant monitoring tools are deployed.

Responsible for service improvement deliverable to address systems SLA shortcomings.

Planning of the implementation of projects.

Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical/Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering or other related discipline.

A Postgraduate degree or professional certification in Telecommunication or Engineering Field will be an added advantage.

Exrerience/ Competencies:

5-7 years of experience in software development, including leading a team and a project work stream. Develop, test and implement new software programs. Experience in development of technical specifications and plans

Good knowledge in client/server and web development tools viz:CSS/Java, ScriptsNB Scripts, Java Server Pages (JSP) servlets etc
