Job Description:
The Business Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in social media marketing, policy formulation, and have prior experience in a dental clinic or hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and expand the client base.
Formulate and enforce policies that streamline operations and improve patient experience.
Oversee the clinic\'s marketing strategies, with a strong focus on social media management to enhance brand visibility.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with the dental team to align business objectives with clinical services.
Monitor and report on financial performance, ensuring alignment with the clinic's goals.
Foster relationships with clients and community stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and engagement.
Work closely with IT personnel in the assigned region to minimize downtime on all slot machines and ensure smooth operations at all partner locations.
Submit regular reports, including period closing figures, additions, deductions, non-financial assessments, and asset conditions at partner outlets, ensuring accurate and timely information flow.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial role within a dental clinic or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools.
