We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and identifying new market opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Identify opportunities for growth and new business development.

Conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Network and build relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Develop and manage a sales pipeline to achieve targets and drive growth.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies.

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Developing and managing promotional activities, campaigns, and events, collaborating with the marketing team to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in the sanitary pad industry, including product development, marketing trends, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and advancement.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.

2+ years experience in business development, sales, or related field.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
