Job Summary

The role is responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and excellent customer experience while performing installations, maintaining various fibre equipment and services, and resolving network-related incidents for our valued customers.

Job Responsibilities

To provide customers with exceptional service and experience throughout the installation and incident resolution process.

Document customer issues: create service reports and communicate with internal stakeholders as needed.

To ensure the customer’s internet connectivity is tested and working before leaving the customer’s site.

Work closely with the NOC engineer and customer experience team for prompt resolution of faults and incidents.

Carry out the installation process according to SLA and HSE guidelines.

Assess installation methods with the customer to ensure it is convenient for the customer as well as provide guidance on the best methods and route to our fibre into the customer’s site.

High ability and availability for any urgent intervention at client sites to meet SLAs.

Perform any other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications

HND / B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or any related discipline.

1+ years’ experience in similar role in the same industry.

Sound decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analyses.

Ability to use OTDR, Light Source, Power Meter, and Splicing Machine.

Physically strong and agile.

CCNN/CCNP is a plus.

Skills:

HND / B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or any related discipline.

1+ years’ experience in a similar role in the same industry.

Sound decision-making skills based on accurate and timely analyses.

Physically strong and agile.

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
