Location: Lagos ( ikeja), Kogi( idah, kaba, Lokoja)
Benefit: 57,000 Net, Pension and HMO

Job Summary:

Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for engaging with customers on a daily or weekly basis? We are looking for a Beta Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to clients through consistent and effective daily or weekly contributions.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and acquire new clients through regular sales activities such as door-to-door visits, market surveys, and community engagement.

· Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual client needs, focusing on daily or weekly contributions.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and consistent follow-up.

· Manage the collection process for daily or weekly contributions, ensuring timely payments and resolving any related issues.

· Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and payments, and provide regular reports to management.

· Meet or exceed sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

· Gather and relay feedback from clients to help improve products, services, and sales processes.

Qualifications:

· SSCE/ OND qualificationjn only

· Must reside close to the location

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.

· Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
