Baker (Bread) Relevant Educational Qualifications Job

Locations: Abule-Egba - Lagos & Magboro - Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of bread and pastries

Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes

Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, Monitor baking process and make adjustments as necessary

Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen

Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Previous experience as a baker necessary

Knowledge of baking techniques and principles

Familiarity with different types of flours, sugars, and other baking ingredients

Ability to read and follow recipes accurately

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods

Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
