Associate Accountant - DCSL Corporate Services Limited HND / BA / BSc Job

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Provide support in the preparation of monthly and annual consolidated statement of comprehensive income and financial position.

Maintenance of financial ledgers and the accounting processes.

Computation and filing of all tax returns in line with current legislation.

Provide support in the administration of payroll and ensuring that appropriate system and internal controls are implemented and maintained.

Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.

Provide support in liaising with external auditors to ensure efficient and effective audit process are carried out.

Evaluation and reconciliation of all assets of the Company and maintenance of a fixed assets register.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant work experience in a corporate/commercial organization.

Professional Certification (ICAN, ACCA, etc) would be an added advantage.

Proven experience in accounting and financial management.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.

Proficiency in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.

Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail.

Effective communication abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
