Assistant Manager Accounting & Assurance HND / BA / BSc Job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Accounting & Assurance at Regiis Maestro Consulting located in Lagos.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing accounting and assurance unit, including accounting services, assets enumeration & certification, statutory audit, due diligence, reporting accountant forensic audit & investigation, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification such as ACCA, ICAN is compulsory
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a recognized consulting firm
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and auditing techniques
Experience managing financial audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and risk assessment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and manage a team, and work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative environments
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
